My exercise goal is 10-15 minutes of walking on my treadmill 3-4 times each week. 10 minutes out of a day seems like such a small amount until it is time for me to get up and start walking. Then you would think that I'm having to climb Mt. Everest - feels like it too some days. By the time that no energy mixes with my pain, well, my walk is put off until the next day or the next or the next -

I just need someone that holds me accountable for my exercise (someone that I have to report that I did it or not), but understands the pain surrounding fibro. Anyone else having problems with exercising?

Other suggestions welcome.

Gentle Hugs,
Carla
