The other day on the phone I had to finish registring with my Doc's office. She asked me my SS # I totally forgot it. I felt like an air head.

May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.
A Native American Blessing

I called my Dr last Friday because she screwed up my RX refills ( I get them by mail order) something fierce. She wasn't in so they took a message and then said she would call back on Monday. Monday came and went so I called her on Tuesday then couldn't remember why I called her. It finally came to me but then I couldn't make her understand that her records are totally wrong. I'm looking for another physician as I feel that her MS is starting to have an effect on her medical treatment.

I'd give everyone fibro hugs but it's too hot and sticky here.

So here are some cyber fibro hugs to all

Jan

May your troubles be less, Your blessings be more. And nothing but happiness come through your door!

we each have so many things on our minds along with the meds to take and when to take them,so no wonder we have brain toots,or I like to call them mini-vacations. But on some days they might be magi-vacations. It isn't funny, but what can we do? I have tried to let less be my motto. I really try to declutter,to orginize things, even though my hubby comes behind and "un"clutters. I think pain is a big part of the cause. I don't know if any of you suffer from depression, but I have most of my life and so stress really makes we forget things. I have be going someplace(driving)and forgotten how to get there,it can be scary, but I take zolof when I get stressed. Sorry this is a very long post, hope you don't mind. I am chatty,so forgive that about me...Vicki

When I first read that I thought "OMG WHAT DID I DO WITH THE DOG"

3 were inside and one was in the fenced in yard, whew I wasn't too sure there for a minute

Be wise and dignified like the swan: he maintains his composure, staying unruffled on the surface, while always paddling like crazy underneath.
