 I have been in Fla. visiting my son/ family...My son had to rush me to ER. "my disks blew out" I was ref. to pain management DR.,,,HE IS AWSOME!!!!He has given me three stroide epidural shots, and I have to have surgery,,the bones detereated, and colapes on other vertabra,and the siatic nerve is inflammed/ and pinched.

I am a mess ,,I am glad I am here!DR. gave me a couple of options,going to do diskectomy,and clean up,,he wants to fuse it ,,but not ready for that, just yet I have been thinking about all of you My fibro has been good!! The nutrients have kept it under controll hugssssss,

I HAVE BEEN STUDYING UP ON FIBRO. I HAVE DECIEDED TO DO IT NUTRIONALY, AND USING AS LITTLE MEDS AS POSSIABLE!SCIENCE HAS FOUND WHAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!NOW WE CANIMPROVE OUR HEALTHWITH WHAT GOD HAS PROVIDEDNATURAL.WITH HIM ALL THINGS ARE POSSIABLE!!!

 Leslie, omg! That had to be so painful. What happened? Were you doing something or just move wrong? I get scared about that because I have spondylolesthesis and I am always afraid mine will blow too. Gosh, wish there was something I could do to help you. When is your surgery?

 that is what I have, Spond..... and a whole lot of other stuff,, with spine, I reserched my options, I like my drs.,, they are young,pain,38,surgeon, about the same,.. I can talk to them, they even wanted to give me more meds, but said "no",,guess I just moved wrong,,surgery jun. 27,,All this is do-to auto accident, it will be 5 yrs in Sept.. I just got my insurance

to,,the "LORD" protected me till it went into affect,,just got my 1st ssd check!!! yesterday,,

 Lesley, I'm also glad God was watching over you in the fact that it happened somewhere where they were good doctors. I had a diskectomy in 95 and have not had any troubles since. Heck even the fibro hasn't bothered that spot on my back. Good luck, I'll be sending prayers and healing thoughts your way.
