Is anyone taking cymbalta for their FMS? I was recently taken off flexeril and given this drug and also given ambien.

I used to take Cymbalta, had to quit cause I couldnt afford it. It worked pretty well for my chronic leg pain. Didnt do anything for depression or sleep. I still take Lunesta.

Yes I take it for nerve pain in my feet and it works good along with Lyrica

Oh yeah and I forgot to say too that I wanted off it because I gained 30 lbs on it! Which so far I have NOT been able to get rid of. ARGGGH!!!

I take it for the leg cramps and it works for me for that. I did have some weight gain. I took Ambien but quit it didn't help my sleep.

I think we all react to the medications differently, so what works for you doesn't always work for me. I would try it for a month and see how it works for you.
