I have lots of this it comes and goes. Are any of you having trouble with this. If I read for a long time it comes really badly and my eyes tear a great deal too. My doctor feels I might have lyme disease also even though the tests come back negative. Don't know what to think. This symptom is relatively a new one. Has been going on for about two years. I went to eye doctor and he gave me drops for dry eye. Works sometimes other times it doesn't any suggestions.

Has your doctor or rheumy suggested a neurologist at all? That's just a thought. Might not be neurological. But if you continue having trouble, and the eye doctor is helping... that's an idea where to turn.
