That I had deleted my membership to the fibro board. I have been having a lot of problems lately, depression being the worst right now.

I got my second denial letter from SSD. They said I could work at a stress free, simple, one task job away from the general public. Hm, Ok?? Whatever.

I have missed this board, and MAN do I see a LOT of new ppl!!

Welcome home. I would like to meet the people the so no to SSD. You really can't get the true feeling of the person unless you seem them at let us talk. When I went I ask can I write things down before I went they said no. When you are put in that suggestions you are nervous and they have already come to the conclusion before you even walk in there. Ask SSD for a disk file that they have on you. This way you can see what they were looking at when they said no. Boy, the just gets under my skin!

Thanks for the welcome! Talk about fibro fog! I belong to a lot of boards here and am group leader of 2 and have been concentrating on them. Anyway, I havent been before a judge yet and I am confident that he or she will find me credible. You should see the letter my dr wrote for me to them and they still refused me. It is unbelievable.

Thanks everyone! Kathy I dont think such a job exists. My dr, who I emailed when I was denied said that the whole disability thing is a game. That it is run by lawyers, not medical ppl. He said I have to play the game. Unfortunately for me, this game is costing me a lot of money. I have NO insurance. So every time I go to a dr I have another bill to pay. I have already racked up in the past 3 months 10K of bills! It is very depressing. But I am not giving up. I start the fight tomorrow. I have a lawyer and I have been doing new research all day. I come from a medical background, so I am ready to take them on!

I got it!! a simple one task job

You could everyday write a letter to the SSD board about their stupidity in judging people. It would be away from the general public because you could do it at home. You would actually be working out your frustrations at the jerks so it would decrease your stress. now we just need to find a way for you to get paid to tell them daily they are idiots.

I bet after a month or so of daily letters they would reconsider their decision just to get you to stop you

stressfree, simple one task job away from the general public! LOL

Anyway glad to see you back and I hope I made you smile

LOL That sounds like a winner, Snoopy!! I could write the letter once a week and just copy it and send one every day. Then the next week change it a little and copy it and send one every day. Simple, one task, no public, stress free. LOL
