Its going on 3 months without a flare up of pain. I have been doing alot of relaxing and not stress out near as much as i use to! i'm learning to let go of the things that distress me which was everything under the sun. this what works for me.

1. writting stuff down like how i feel or talk about it with somebody(notebooks come in handy)

2. listen to music (turn the song up and sing at the top of your lungs)who cares if you sound like nails on a chalk board

3. reflect on your day the good the bad and the ugly

4. find the bad patterns that you have fallin' into and work on them

5. read a book

6. learn something new
