MDJunction to me

Hazeldee"MDJunction means that I no longer have to feel like I am the only person in
the world with pericarditis. It means that I can talk to others who know
how stressful and how painful having pericarditis can be. It means that I
connect with others to discuss treatments that have or haven't worked for us, so that we have a leg to stand on. I think that having my friends at
MDJunction has allowed me to better mentally and emotionally process my
diagnosis and what it means to me. I feel so lucky to have this community
available to me. I use MDJunction as a way to use my experience to help
others. Reaching out to help others is the only solace I have found since
being diagnosed with pericarditis.

hello,my name is cynthia and i live in south australia.in a small country town. i joined mdjunction 24hrs. ago. and i just got the courage to write for the first time after i read lynseys message.and of course i have fibro.about 15years now. i felt so alone with this thing until i read justannie's message.I burst into tears.and then felt a huge release of built up frustration and anger. Its comforting to know the place we are at isnt so lonely after all. cheers everyone.

Welcome Lynsey and Cynthia.

You are both going to feel so at home here. We come from all over the place. I am in South Africa. I was so happy to find this group of wonderful people. Believe me - there is many a day that I could'nt go on if it were not for them.

Sometimes we vent, or cry, BUT there is also a LOT of laughter. So please jump into any of the discussions.

Gentle Hugs, (Us fibro gang only give GENTLE hugs - otherwise it hurts) and much love.

Faerie.

p.s. Forgot something VERY important. NEVER worry about spelling or grammer - mostly we have fibro fog - can't think straight - - and NOBODY cares. It took me a while to realize that and I could stop being scared of posting.
