MDJunction to me

the support that I receive from MDJunction, I would be wandering through
life with no one who understands me. I owe so much to MDJunction for giving
me a life line to help get me through the toughest times.

All you can do is try what others have tried. I find avoiding MSG and fake sweeteners to help me as does stretching and keeping as active as I can. Some say stop caffine, I disagree with that. Without my morning cup of joe I am a zombie all day.

Hiya Kiddo, You look young enough to be one of my daughters and I love your nickname.

If you'll click on the above tab "Articles", there's

a ton of information listed and it may possibly help

you in some small way.

I've had fibro for 28 yrs and it's getting harder to deal with as the years go flying by.

This is the greatest place to be, everyone is nice and you can ask ANY question and get an answer.

oh yes, there are links at the bottom of articles page, each one has different topics and ideas about fibro.

Please feel free to ask me anything, if I don't konw the answer I'll find it for you ok?

Take care and rest,,,rest,,,rest.

Tala
