 I don't mean to be such a complainer....and usually I'm not.I just have to get someone elses opinion about what happened to me.Ok,I'm in a nerve specialists office getting the tests ran on both my hands for carpal tunnel.And as the dr begins the tests,he proceeds to ask what other medical problems I have.So I tell him,I've had Fibro for over 20 years.He then says:"Oh, you have headaches do ya?"Well,I didn't catch on right away so I said,yeah I do get headaches,I get migraines from time to time,along with tension headaches.He then announces to me,that Fibro is just a headache disorder!I was like WHAT?Then he tells me when the headaches are under control,that "that fibro" will go away.Ok,is this guy an idiot or what?Does he realize what he just said to me? 
So instead of having an arguement with this guy,I just prayed for this test to hurry up and be over with.So, a few minutes later,he askes me if I have sleep apnea,or have a hard time sleeping.Being reluctant~ I answered honestly and said yes to both.Well,that just left me wide open...he told me I was overweight and that was why I have sleep apnea,and that was the reason I always felt tired and run-down aka Fibro.So if I lose weight,my problems will all go away!   Well,just run me over with a mac truck why don't ya? Someone please tell me Im not just being ultra sensitive am I?  This guy was an idiot...and should not be in the line of helping people should he? I am so scared that my husband will get tired of dealing with all my aches and pain...that he'll leave.Most of the time,I'm just either too tired or in too much pain for us to have alone time.What do you do about intimacy? |
OR READ A BOOK. HE NEEDS TO DO A LITTLE RESEARCH,ALSO CALLED LEARN.
