Fibromyalgia Support Group

I had a sudden weight loss before I found out I had fibro, I also have IBS that I didn't know about at the time. The IBS symptoms were so bad I was going to the bathroom all the time, my stomach was so upset all the time I couldn't eat regularly and I was having fibro symptoms also. In my oppinion the IBS and fibro had a big part in the weight loss for me. I still struggle with losing. I will gain some back then flare and lose, it's a battle.. It's rare for fibro people to loss weight, it's funny b/c I was looking for people on here that had this problem 2 and until now I only found u so far.. But if u wanna tlk feel free to PM me

At start of fibro lost a great deal of weight. Mind you discovered was celiac soon afterwards of fibro diagnosis too so as soon as was on a wheat free diet was better with diet plus nausea stoped so started to go from being worryingly thin to being a good weight in a fairly short space of time. Now, need to lose some weight!! Yet, would rather be a few pounds too many than so thin can see bones plus look really gaunt!!
