.. weight if you have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, limited mobility (walking is difficult, can't raise arm above head, cannot take stand or hold the shower head long enough to take a shower so take bathes), tmj and tmj to lose weight?

i am also on seroquel, vicodin, pristiq, lithium, gabapentin, lyrica, lamotical and advil.

juicing doesn't give me enough energy to last through the day.

Not a silly question at all! Yes, you can lose weight with those conditions plus limited mobility as have fibromyalgia cfs and limited mobility and have lost weight before-lost a stone in weight in 6 months prior to my wedding day-did it with being super careful with diet(eating a healthy balanced diet yet especially cutting out all snacks plus the only sweet food allowed self was pure fruit) and had no sweet drinks either! It can be done even when exercise is not possible,for certain. Need to be strict with self once more as could do with losing a few pounds as it happens. You can do this dciree! Well now, what my problem?? I boo boo almost 14 days several times a day. I even missed that 1 meal on some days. I did not lose a pound. I think I gained a few. What my problem??? I just want to NO!!!!! I ain't got no nutritionist money help me please.

Ya I know good english. Could it be my diet cokes or coffee?????????

Actually Diet Sodas can make a person gain weight!

The artifical sweetners used in diet sodas and drinks is a HUGE fibro trigger. If you are drinking a lot of diet drinks, stop and see how quickly your pain reduces!

OK, I drink water but I guess not as much as I should. Apples make me you know what, So I don't do them much. Could it also be my thyroids and some of these pills I'm taking? Nothing I've done to lose weight has help me. So I guess I was just born to be fat and cute. I'm just saying. hehe It is funny I lost weight when I was pretty much bed ridden like 14lbs. Now that I can move around I have gained. I Stop doing the sleep walking snacks at 3am. Tried several other thing and nothing happen. I don't eat 3 meals a day. But I try, I just don't be hungry. Holly crap I have not had my meds today. Blink

You must eat breakfast!! It will get your metabolism going.

Even like a bowl of cereal or some oatmeal or some toast.

Eat something in the morning. How about some yogurt?

Then have a little nibble at lunch time.

Then maybe a little snack?

Then dinner.

Am I going to have to come there and feed you and make sure you take your meds? lol Shocked Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

I know, and I don't know why I make it so hard. I hate to cook in the AM just for myself. I have it here but don't eat. Milk usually spoil, breakfast food be frozen. I get sick at the stomach eating early am. I guess I'm making excuses. When I could not fin for myself. I was getting 3 meals a day plus snacks. That is so true I did lose. Is it not true fasting should help with weight lose. I've always been hippie, small waist and big butt. Now you can barley see the waist and everything seems to be the same size all around. Yogurt, oh no that stuff don't look like it should be eaten. Yuck!! I have tried it not for me. I have bought the instant oatmeal & grits. Just to lazy to fix it, which I do like. Dinner I do have most days and that's it. Meds, I have no excuse but to lazy to get up and take all them. Yep I need your help. Although my Mom and my second Mom that lives behind me get on to me every day. I'm just gonna go and get the bypass or something.

yes you can many diffrent ways, "richard simmons" the exersice guru,was big on getting people to lose weight who could barely move.due it from your bed chair..

eating right also..I wouldnt do any type of diet pills they can mess with your meds,also if you can get in a pool,water makes you weightless so it can help with the movement issues,I will warn when you first start in water you will feel so sore after words even if you just lay there..you will be so surprised how tight your muscels really are..drink water..I know yuck! and a full glass with dinner,also cut out white stuff,suger, flour,white bread,white rice my daughter and I are tryng that..

try playing some real good dancing music once a day for a half hour.you will move and not evn relise it

we all have alot to give if one gets the help then some of this suffering is worth it..

remeber I am not a doctor I just say what I think

How can u go without ur meds? That sounds dreadful and would feel even worse!!! I don't like to eat earlyl, but need to take medicine. I am trying to get in a better routine.

Losing weight seems like a losing battle. Sometimes I want to, and then other times I don't care and want to reward myself with food because of the pain, fatigue etc. ugh

But it could always be worse.....

Hope tommorrow is better.
