Would someone check a map and see if east Texas still exists? There has been so much rain for so long now that I'm not sure I'm still here!

The rain is needed, for sure, but it has been coming so hard and heavy, there's no time for it to soak in. I've been under flood watch for the best part of two weeks now!

Part of my front porch area caved in about a foot deep last week when I stepped on it. No remarks, please. Whistling

Seriously though, I'm way out in the boonies with a very weak satellite signal on a good day. When these storms pass through, it's virtually impossible for me to get online, so that is the (main) reason for my recent absenteeism.

Well, I did my best, Naddya. I blew as hard as I could. Some say I'm full of hot air though, so I don't know if that will help ya. But if you ask me, I'll tell ya it's just singer's lungs - good and strong.

If it helps any, today was sunny here, all day long. Maybe it worked! Let me know! Laughing
