Hello and welcome to the family! I'm in west Texas, nearly as far away from RI as I can be and still be in the same country LOL! So I can't help you there. But, have you checked out pain management doctors? I have one who manages my fibro, and a nurse practitioner for everything else. Hopefully someone else will come along who is closer to you!
