A FRIEND ALSO GAVE ME AN ARTICLE OUT OF A MAGAZINE

I WENT TO WALMART AND BOUGHT A LINDT BAR THAT IS 90% DARK ....SUPREME DARK !!! IT IS A LITTLE BITTER.

BUT HEY W/COFFEE IN THE AM...IT COULD WORK.

I really like the sound of this... nothing better than a little chocolate to cure what ails you... LOL!

On the other hand, I would be sooo willing to try this.

I see where they say that apples would be good too.

I may not be able to get hold of the kind of chocolate she suggests, but I have plenty of apples.

I'm wondering, too, seems too good to be true.... etc.

But worth trying... less expensive than drugs and much better for you.

I GOT A 90% BAR AT WALMART...IT IS LINDT CHOC.

I EAT ONE SQUARE EVERY DAY W/ MY COFFEE(DECAF).IT IS A LITTLE BITTER...BUT WE WILL SEE.

I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THE APPLE BEING GOOD FOR FM...BUT THEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO KEEP THE DOCTOR AWAY!

Would it work if you disolved it in the coffee?

I do like Lindt and have tried the 90% dark cho. But it is so bitter.

Does it have to be 90%?

My boss is selling a dark chocolate supplement that seems to work pretty good. He gave me a sample of one of the squares and it wasn't bitter at all. This comes in a liquid, nugget, or block form. A girl at work is taking it. She has lupus and RA and in a months time she was able to quit or cut down on ALL of her prescription drugs. As soon as I can afford a bottle of the liquid I am going to try it.

WHAT COULD BE BETTER THAN CHOCOLATE! MY B/F WHO HAS HAD A HEART ATTACK AND DOUBLE BYPASS IS TAKING IT AS WELL.

WE WENT TO TARGET TODAY AND BOUGHT A HALF DOZEN BARS!

$2.39 EA. THE 90% COCOA. WE ARE HAVING A SQUARE OF IT EVERY MORNING.

I DO IT IN THE AM...SO THE COCOA DOESN'T KEEP ME AWAKe!

Well I couldn't agree more. What could be better than chocolate if like me you love chocolate. So the Dove bars meet the criteria then? Awesome cuz I really didnt want to order anything online. I have to definietly check that out. I had a good fourth...just lounging around at home which was the plan I hope you and everyone had a great 4th too.
