Hi Bobby Smile I am so sorry your dad had such a hard week.

I realize that makes for a hard week for you too. I admire the grace with which you handle that in any case.

You are such a good son, it seems and I know your parents much appreciate you so much. I just hope there is someone, a family member or a friend who also helps make a day easier for you once in awhile.

We all need a rest when we are caregivers and not well ourselves.

Hugs and hoping a good weekend for you,

Karen

Bobby,Heart goes out mightily to you brother fibromite from London- sending super gentle sisterly hugs from Devon to you- SW- SE England! Truly hope your pains ease up soon. Will say a big prayer for You Bobby. Sure must be mightily difficult for you to cope with your father being so delicate, too! Proud of you for cooking for him a delicious meal, yet, can see how all your efforts have left you feeling weak.

Have much pains in my back from the scoliosis so can identify with you with the back pains. Keep the stretches going this will help. Have you a wedge firm orthopeadic pillow that you put under your legs to raise them up? Find this sometimes helps my back.

Echo the wise words from my beautiful friend Karen.

Am not a caregiver yet when my mum broke her arm- when was living at home prior to meeting hubby- did tasks for her yet it made the fibro much more severe.

Also, truly am hoping either a family member , friend or earth angel of some kind will give you a hand- will help you out- as you need some proper rest right now!

Talking of a helping hand- also am hoping your hands ease up soon- the pains lessen. Have you one of those soft balls that spring back to their shape- cannot remember what they are called or what they are made out of- well have a blue one, it does not take much effort to squeeze- find that this helps my hands with pain. Also use it to squeeze when am frustrated- may even throw it against the wall- does not bounce back or harm the way as it is soft and light. Hold it when in pains all over- it is like biting the bullet- just gives me some inner strength somehow.

Hold on tightly. Rainbow blessings will come your way.

Sending you super gentle hugs, positive vibes, healing light, asking heaven to send many angels your way, may your weekend be marvelously blessed, sisterly love Clarita Smile
