MDJunction to me

MissNikkiAnn"When you have an illness with the name "Non-Familial Dysautonomia" (a name that most people, and even doctors, have never heard of), you need a network
of people who understand the name and the symptoms/issues that come with it.
MDJunction led me to that network of people during a very confusing and sickly time. For this I am thankful. And for this reason I try my best to give back to other members the same care and help that I received through MDJunction.

Hi? I just thought I'd just jump in.

Today is a "not so good day." The weather is all over the place, little drizzle, little fog, maybe some sun. Arghhhh

Are there any meteorologists with Fibromyalgia? Would be interesting to see them all gray faced and hunched over in pain, when the weather front was changing the barometric pressure changes. Like it does to some of us. Now that's reporting!

I'm trying to change jobs. Had a 2 hour interview on Monday. Scared to get the job, afraid I wouldn't be able to hack it. And I'm frightened to not get out of my current situation. My limitations have made me less than desirable to work with, since the NEW PLAN has been implemented.

So needless to say, high levels of stress is daily which in turn making my flares more frequent and harder to recover from. A bit of a catch 22, I'd say.

Thanks for letting me vent.

I am not a doctor and my advice is my opinion based on my personal experiences and should be regarded as such. My hope is that my post can comfort someone who is feeling like they are alone. This is where we come to find out that we are not alone.

Yes, I find stress and weather aggravate existing pain. What to do?

Hello, I am new to the group. When the weather is bad your fibro does flare up, I totally understand. Also, adding stress to your daily life is not helping. When we have bad days, you and I can vent together.

Have a Blessed Day!!!
