Hi there!!! I have found that I have limited range of motion than just a couple of years ago. I do believe it is a little progressive and I've noticed things hurting my hands just trying to open them....like the milk carton, my pill bottles, breaking ice from the trays, etc. One thing I did once I had been diagnosed is start keeping track of all those little "quirks" and odd things -- you will be amazed how much they are related to fibro!
