Hi everyone, i hope this finds you all well, i am in a fibro fare it is in my toes now, that's new and seriously painful. My friend has it in her fingers so i guess that's not so strange, i have other issues going on physically like a fracture but the fibro hurts more. I have been very lucky my fibro has been low thats paobably why i have been a stranger also i am a gl of 6 groups so i have been a little busy, so i am wondering if anyone else has had fibro in the toes? I do not have arthritis so it has to be fibro. I read something today very profound i think, it's about wisdom :' Wisdom is scar tissue in disguise" i think we are all very wise hugh? I know i must be because i , i am going to close now i hope you are all well, Love Debi h4 061cd203e9555e93b9bf51d66feb1506

I have pains in my toes and my fingers that will bring me to my knees. My toes and finger tips feel frozen. Almost like i'm outside barefoot in the snow. Does this happen to you?

I haven't the same problem, though,I have heard of this

Sure hoping you all find a bit of relief soon.Fibro can be so crazy.I find it hard to deal when the pain(not all over pain)is in one spot too long.It does in fact wear on my nerves.Funny cause when this happens,I actually talk to by body part, and tell it"This is enough now,you can move to a different part of my body, cause your welcoming party is over"lol.

I am feeling for you all,

Plenty of hugs,K?K.

I'm an Advocate

Hey Debi,

I definitely have pain in my feet and toes as well as my hands and fingers, so this isn't unusual by any means. It definitely happens. My feet freeze and so do my hands. With having Raynaud's on top of the FMS, it can be a royal pain!

Hugs,

jen Smile

Just because it's impossible doesn't mean it can't happen.

I'm not a doc, so anything I say is my opinion only. Nothing I say is meant as offense, I offer what I can as help. I believe in educating myself on all my medical issues and being my own advocate, for no one else with do that on my behalf. I recommend we all do the same!

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Perhaps I truly am insane for expecting these docs to listen to me when I say the same things repeatedly to no avail? LOL. I am tired of seeking out new docs and getting the same result time and again...Forgive me if I seem bitter some days.

Something has changed within me/Something is not the same/I'm through with playing by/The rules of someone else's game/Too late for second-guessing/Too late to go back to sleep/It's time to trust my instincts/Close my eyes and leap...I'm through accepting limits/Cuz someone says they're so/Some things I can not change/But till I try I'll never know/Too long I've been afraid of/Losing love I guess I lost/Well if that's love/It comes at much too high a cost/I'd sooner buy Defying Gravity/Kiss me good-bye I'm Defying Gravity/I think I'll try Defying Gravity/And you won't bring me down...

Hi Deb,

Sorry to hear about the fracture. I've been offline for awhile and just catching up. When I lived up North I hurt constantly. Since I've moved to a warmer climate there's a certain kind of down to the bone pain that I get only rarely now. The cold sure can do a number on us.

take care,

hugs, heather
