I ran this by my doctor and he was thriled at the idea of my adding, protien powder, vitamin b complex and a good strong womens multiple vitamins, i have to help others who may be run down too. My fibro and chronic fatigue benefit from this regimine, i ran out a couple months ago i had no money to buy the above items, and that's when i found out what a difference to my body, i couldn't do anything in the house i couldn't barely keep awake and the fatigue was out of control.I still have the fatigue, but i am at least able to do things like black friday shopping, the pain was bad but i did have energy to do it. I really believe this helps, and i forgot they sell whey protien powder at walmart, it's not the best of them but it does work, vanilla and chocolate and their vitamins are cheaper too1. I hope this helps someone. Love DebiSmile

YES!!!! I want to try this. Do you get all the stuff at Walmart? Can you tell me more about what the products are called? I'm seeing my PCP in an hour or so so if you're on, I'd like to know more to run it by her. Hugs, Therese

I'm an Advocate

Thanks so much for the recommendations, Debi. This is great info. It's always very important to know what we need to be doing, and what helps one may help another. Also, something else I recommend is Vit D3 (and Calcium to help it absorb) and a B-complex vitamin (in addition to B12). Usually we're all deplete in these vitamins, and it's important to add them to our diet. They both help with both pain and fatigue, and when I'm taking them I know I feel a lot better.

Hugs,

Just because it's impossible doesn't mean it can't happen.

I'm not a doc, so anything I say is my opinion only. Nothing I say is meant as offense, I offer what I can as help. I believe in educating myself on all my medical issues and being my own advocate, for no one else with do that on my behalf. I recommend we all do the same!

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Perhaps I truly am insane for expecting these docs to listen to me when I say the same things repeatedly to no avail? LOL. I am tired of seeking out new docs and getting the same result time and again...Forgive me if I seem bitter some days.

Something has changed within me/Something is not the same/I'm through with playing by/The rules of someone else's game/Too late for second-guessing/Too late to go back to sleep/It's time to trust my instincts/Close my eyes and leap...I'm through accepting limits/Cuz someone says they're so/Some things I can not change/But till I try I'll never know/Too long I've been afraid of/Losing love I guess I lost/Well if that's love/It comes at much too high a cost/I'd sooner buy Defying Gravity/Kiss me good-bye I'm Defying Gravity/I think I'll try Defying Gravity/And you won't bring me down...
