MDJunction to me

aTinaL"To me, Mdjunction comes down to motivation. The support and information I have found here motivated me to take a very proactive stance regarding my illness. This led me to find medication and doctors that are giving me my life back.
More important than even the motivation, though, is the friendship I have found at MDJ. I have made some of the best friends of my entire life right here in this group. Even though most of us have never met, it feels as if we have known each other for years.
If Angels walk among us, and I believe that they do, most of them are here at MDJ.

I have seen members talking about a gluten free diet but no one had actually tried it. My aunt, who is a nurse, suggested I try it for a couple of weeks. Has anyone actually tried it and has it helped their Fibro? I know there are a lot of gluten free alternatives available out there now so I'm just curious if anyone has found help.

Have tried out the gluten free diet for nearly 13 years now Wink as became allergic to wheat with the fibro- my herbalist told me to go gluten free- sure did help!! Had less joint pains plus all the allergy reaction of the wheat went!!

If you would like to know more then just pm me. Have several gluten free recipe books too.

Please try it out- you have nothing to lose plus possibly everything to gain!!

Massive gentle hugs, Clarita Smile

I do gluten free too - and carb free. It makes a difference, particularly to the IBS.
