I know about the alcohol and the red meat...it's the fruits that's got me confused.
My triglycerides are a little high and after doing some research, I discovered that not all fruits are good for a person with fatty liver.
Some of them have high sugar which is not good at all.
The trouble is, some information says a certain type of fruit is ok and then another piece of info says that the same fruit is not good. Huh?
Confused and don't know what to eat!
Berries are usually better than things like grapes
you really should get a referral to a dietitian they can help a lot. In the mean time. weight watchers & The DASH diet usually work well.
