My name is Gail. I'll be 32 next month, and I was just recently diagnosed with Benign ET about 2 weeks ago. Originally we thought it was tendonitis, but after 5 years, I thought this is more. I work with my hands constantly, and that is of course where it decided to hit. From my elbows downward. I am a music teacher and creative arts consultant by trade. I play clarinet, piano, and flute, I conduct a choir at work and play on a regular basis, and I also draw, . At this point, I'm just trying to convince myself that this will not be a detriment to my career, but rather something to grow strength from. I look forward to the days ahead, where I will be able to learn from others with same condition. |
