With me my worst time is when falling a sleep. But They are there during the day just enough to annoy me. And they can be bad if Im tired as well. Google Myoclonic jerks you will learn alot.

Hi Boon

Looked up the myoclonic Jerks. Now I have a name for what has been going on for awhile.

Night is most common. It wakes me up. I have an occasional one every now and then, during the day.
