Hi everyone! How is everyone doing? Just thought i would check in and say howdy  I have been diagnosis with fibromyalgia. I been doing water therpy for 3 weeks now. The pool is heated which good for my muscle and bad for my ET. So, we used a fan and a water hose with cold running into the pool.The first 3 i got the shakes. But the one i had on those thursday i didn't shake at all. I was so happy. Like i jump a high bar. My doctor put me on Lyrica. So imma setting here waiting and wondering if something else is going to blindside me  . I hope you all are doing great.  JolieAdora |
