Hi all I was wondering for those that want to if we could hear stories of how et has affected peoples lives and if they've found ways to make it better (meds or home remedies). Would be interesting, useful and probably help. My story: Im 23 and have had et since i was little. I go to university in London. My tremor gets bad under pressure and sometimes is just bad from when i wake up. I've found some ways to make it more bearable(calming exercises, eating and sleeping right) but i still am looking for something that helps more. Alcohol calms me down (tremor is at an all time low) and i've often wondered if there are drugs to calm your nerves down like alcohol. I do a lot of social stuff (more than i want to - mainly just to test myself and try to get more and more used to my et under stress). I wish everyday that i can fix my et with one simple way but i realize there is no easy way out (just ways to make it better/bearable). I'm trying to live life and enjoy it BUT ET IS MAKING THINGS SO DIFFICULT. I WONDER EVERYDAY IS IT ALL IN MY HEAD?????? |
