I have always had epilepsy. It is normal for your short term memory to get bad. When I was young, in school a teacher would ask a question. I would know the answer but after she finally got around to me I forgot. So the teacher would call on me and my mind would go blank. But I am also bad with public speaking and maybe it was too much pressure. Now, I do often forget words sometimes. Once, I felt so stupid I was talking to someone and I could not remember "bus pass" Have you been out of the house today?

Do you live alone? Do you have friends that will help you out of the house? are you also agoraphobic? If you are not, i suggest leaving the house, just sitting on the steps or walking around the house. thats what i had to do withh my anxiety, i started with just outside, then around the block. I turned back sometimes though. baby steps

ADD is Attention Defficit Disorder. I know it is real but also overused. I had a friend that said he had add, i asked him if he went to the doctor, he said no, i asked how he know and the dummy said, " i just know"

Is the starring any better? Cora
