At times we find the holiday difficult because we have to ask our Friends and Relatives to accommodate our illness. We can't be too near the BBQ, we can't be gone camping without oxygen and then we can't enjoy that bonfire,We can't be around fireworks for very long.... you and I know the list is endless!  But we can and do have much to Celebrate this Day of Independence! Most important is our independence from nicotine addiction! So get out with your loved ones and go to a movie, share some ice cream, go for a walk (albeit slow) in the park. This is a very important day to count our blessings and to think "What I CAN do!" not what I can't do! HAVE FUN! ENJOY your Family and Friends and most important: Remember, Life is Short! Don't smoke it up!  My advice is purely personal! I am not a medical professional and there is no substitute for getting Medical diagnosis and advice!
