mobey"MDJunction has become a lifeline to my recovery. I use this site as a daily coping tool where i can share my thoughts,my fears and ask ways to cope with living life with a illness. I also found new friends here and they have restore my faith in humanity. People everywhere come here to share same problems or solutions to problems we encounter in our lives. MDjunction is a wonderful site and has help not only myself but also my family and friends. I recommend this site to anyone who thinks they are alone dealing with an illness and also to those who have love ones who suffer from illnesses. I will keep spreading the word about MDJunction to organizations who deals with illnesses that would benefit having MDjunction as a support system.Bottom line is.. My Personal Bill Of Rights:

1.I have a right to have no contact with someone who hurts me physically or emotionally.I have a right to take whatever steps are nessacary to achieve this.

2.I have a right to have a plan to increase my personal safety and reduce chaos and confusion.

3.I have a right to change my mind.

4.I have a right to admit I made a mistake and take a new course of action.Even if others disagree.

5.I have a right to make mistakes and not beat myself up about it.

6.I have a right to define who I am even if others disagree.

7.I have a right to validate my own feelings even if others disagree.

7.I have a right to express my own personal opinions and views even if others disagree.

8.I have a right to time alone even if others want me to spend it with them.

9.I have a right to be trusted and not have my integrity questioned.

10.I have a right to put my needs first.Even if others are demanding things from me.

11.I have a right to take care of myself physically and emotionally.

12.I have a right to take whatever measures are nessacary to protect myself if I am attacked.

13.I have a right to say "No" if someone wants to touch my body and have that respected.

14.I have a right to NOT take responsibility for the life,happiness and problems of others.

15.I have a right to hold others accountable for their own behavior and not let them shift the blame to me.

16.I have the right to NOT let others use guilt or pity or shame to manipulate me.I am only responsible for my OWN behavior.

17.I have a right to let others be accountable for their own problems and life.
