Abusive Relationships on Dr. Phil

Hey Everyone,

I watched Dr. Phil today and he had a show on abusive relationships. Although it focused on men that abuse women, which every one just to note women also abuse men.... I thought it had some good resources that might help others in the middle of an abusive relationship. I could say YES to just about every sign of the list of signs he listed as signs of an abusive relationship... that I was in with my ex. So here it is hopefully it can help those of you in the early stages.
