Unfortunately at this age there is really nothing you can do except understand that she is probably tyring to take control of her own body. Even if this means not taking medicine she knows will help her. It seems its a cross over between indpendence and rebellion rather than treatment for her eczema. Just know that she will eventually get through this independent period and understand your concerns are only for her benefit and well being rather than gaining control over her.
