your friend seems like she is old enough to make her own decisions. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do, considering that she has been battling bulimia her whole life. Make her life as easiest as possible, considering that maybe she might be dealing with a bad situation and bulimia is her only way to cope with stress. If she has any family members at all, contacting them would be the smartest and affective way to get through to her.

Hi, I guess her coming to you..She is looking for help/support. She maybe old enough to make her own decisions BUT maybe she just needs some extra support? And she trusts you so she came to you?I would maybe suggest some support meetings...If you can go with her to the meetings? They have online support, suggest that?

Good luck with your friend.
