Don't think about how bad you feel, rather think that each day you are good to yourself and think a little better about yourself than yesterday, it will bring you a little closer to a complete guilt free recovery. It takes baby steps and i believe you can do this, it just takes time like everything and if you just take it one day at a time and dont' think about tomorrow or yesterday just think about the day you are living today and try to write a list of everything you love about yourself and try to get as many as you so when you start putting yourself down read the list and keeping reading until you believe it. Or try to fake until you can make it, my mom always told me that when i walk around saying how fat i am and how bad i feel and she would say pretend you are happy and try to make other believe it and keep it up until after a while you realize you are actually happy. It wouldn't hurt to try and keep your head up. Also try making a list of things you could do other than focusing on your looks or anything weight related or eating problem related. It's your life and you're in charge so don't let it beat you, i believe in you and think you are way too strong to step and let something small like that rule your life. Good luck Smile

Together, today we'll get it done. At the end of the story the victory is won. No matter how simple this might sound, helping someone else is where love is found. Just reach out your hand to show you care. The greatest gift is the one you share.

Why kiss the feet of the people who kick you? When you can be anything that you want to.

All I know is, you've got to get mad. You've got to say, 'I'm a human being, goddamn it. My life has value.

You are a magnet, appreciation and happiness attracts more appreciation and happiness. Stay happy and you will attract more happy things
