Actually, I've been attending them online. I've only been attending for a few weeks, so I don't know much of how it works. However, they are structured the same way AA is - actually the encourage you to read the AA big book as well. You start with an email loop, which is somewhat like these message boards. Then you get to know some of the group. Then they have online meetings. I guess once you get to a certain point you can ask for a sponsor, and they can help you with the process. It's been a real encouragement to me.
