This is the goals I have set. I of course have made a deliberate attempt to do things that are achievable, because if anyone else is like me, I set goals way, way to high, and then discouraged when I can't meet them. when I can meet these, I will re-evaluate them again. I need to lose 40 pounds and get to my comfortable size again. so that is my long term goal. For daily I plan to:

1. not eat any cakes, candy or ice cream

2. take my vitamin

3. drink 8 glasses of water

4. exercise for 10 minutes

Feel free to join in with your daily goals. we can do this togetherTongue

Thanks for starting this off! I too set my goals... both longer term and daily... way too high and then get upset at myself when I do not accomplish them. So, here goes...

Long Term Goal: Lose 45 pounds and comfortably fit into all of my size 10/medium clothes.

Daily Goals:

Drink 8 cup of water/crystal light

Eat only 1 snack all day (apple w/peanut butter)

Exercise - stability ball & weights @ home

I always set unrealistic goals which is crazy because I'll never meet them. Here's my goal for today!

Stay positive!

Hopefully you ladies don't mind if I join in here despite having goals going in the opposite direction.

Long term goal is to gain to 125 pounds. I'm at 114 right now. Only 6 pounds from a healthy weight!

Daily goals:

1. Eat breakfast.

2. Eat meals faster, thus consume more.

3. Take my vitamin.

4. Drink more water.

Eventually I need to get into an exercise routine. I know it's a goal I won't achieve right now, though. I don't have the motivation.

If I sound like an expert, I'm not. I'm a psychology major with an interest in nutrition; so any advice I give is not as a doctor, a psychologist, or a nutritionist.

Everyone is welcome to join in! The more the merrier is my motto! My goal for tomorrow is to stay focused. I tend to go in 20 directions at a time so don't get much of anything done.

Hi guys I decided to start posting to..

My goal is to get to my healthy weight which is 30lbs away

I'll try to achieve it by

1)eating more snacks

2)talking with my nutritionist

This is so inspiring having everyone post their goals! I don't have weight goals cause I'm trying just to accept myself the way I am but have lots of mind goals so I'll just post those if that's ok.

1. Finish a project before starting another one.

2. Learn to keep a positive attitude.

3. Motivation to clean my house and do my yard haha! and boy does it need it.

I'll have to think of some more!!
