Welcome lululin! You don't HAVE to be "nuts" to join this forum, but it HELPS to be nuts (maybe). *chuckle* You mentioned that you will "wait to see what fellow members have to say...." However, you'll notice the "sound of silence" for several days now in this support group. So, if you can find just a little courage, perhaps you'd be willing to share some of your own story in order to "seed" or stimulate others to join in. I am dual diagnosed also, and I am happy to report (and share with others) that I am well into my recovery and I seem to be well on my way to peace and happiness--fingers crossed and God willing! Have a go. Telling your own story helps us to identify better with you. That's how it all begins, and that's how it works the best.
