Hi there everyone or anyone or noone.lol I am a 41 yr old mom of 3 and married 17 yrs (i have no idea how he put up with me for that long. I am 6 months drug and alcohol free, and just starting the path of recovery with a psych as well (cant wait to see what I'm diagnosed with). I have been on antidepressants several time throughout my life, recently the ones I have tried have left me completly up, completly down, or numb. It was my D&A counselor that suggested I try a shrink ( at this point I am completly willing to try anything, the past 6 months have elated me to be able to realize something was wrong with me, now I am on a quest to finally fix myself. So much of my life I have just dealt with stuff and sucked it up, which let me to stuff regret, and be a psycho bitch to those close to me. I am just learning how to navigate around this site, but thanks for having it. I know im not alone, and this is great! Dani |
