 Welcome, Bob!

What do you do to "control" yourself.

My name is Jim, and I have a dual diagnosis--bipolar I with alcoholism/addiction.

Most of my depression comes in the aftermath of a manic episode.

I have to channel the manic energy, restrain myself from reacting to that energy, try to put my thoughts and feelings into perspective.
