I hope you don't feel too bad that no one has replied (besides me).

Although many of us (bipolar) are well qualified to join this dual diagnosed support group, not too many of us are aware of the insidious role our addictions and substance abuse play in causing ongoing pain and relapse.

Maybe that's why folks stay away from this forum.

You are here, and that's what counts, isn't it?

Welcome again, and please keep coming back.

You may think you are sometimes "talking to the walls" when you post here, but, believe me, someone is always listening. Your post may be the thing the "lurker" needs to hear in order to take the first step.

With kindest regard and respect,

Jim
