thisleland, hello, I hope you are doing okay today. Being isolated is hard especially in a remote area. That is the good thing about finding a online support group ,you are not alone. We are here for you. I find myself isolating in a not remote area and I know it is a red flag for me. I try to get to more meetings or support groups,they help me socialize more and meet people who understand my issues. I understand how you feel. It gets lonely at times for me. I have a cat,I love her,I don't know what I would do with out her!!! Do you have any pets? Let us know how you are doing ok? We need you too!! Kris I have an illness ,I am not my illness. |
