I've got dry eyes and I've got so many different liquids to put in, some work, some don't. But hands down the best thing will always be salt water. Just put a pinch of salt in warm water and stir until it's dissolved. Let it cool enough so that you can put it in your eye and flush it around. That's just for dry eyes though, I don't know anything about celiac's sorry....
