good morning, first let me say thank you for having a place for me to vent and open my heart to how this monster, herion ,has taken over my daughters life.she is twenty four and has been fighting the fight for about 7 years. she started snorting for the first 5 years on and off. then came the needles and thats when the real hell started. she has always responded well to getting clean but it hasnt stuck yet.she had three years sober at one point and put her self through medicail asstance school. she finished with a 4.0. so she is bright, pretty and loved dearly by all that know her. we as a family have supported her in her fight and will always do so.she is now in her fifth rehab in 15 months. she has been in the best and she has also been in a homeless shelter.we pray every day she will get well. we understand its her choice to do so and we have faith she will.right now she is in a place run by catholic charitys. she has been there before but left before she was ready. we only hope she stays this time.well thats a start. i thank you all once again. |
