 Im having a real tough moment right now...I want to use BAD! Im craving hard core. I feel im going nuts right now. I just need to hear someone say I can do this...keep it up....or something...Please help me

 hi chick I dont know your name but hang in there you can do this you have came this far Im a heroin addict and have been off it since march this year and I know the bad days do get to you but my drug worker told me to write a drug diary everyday and to also write the pros and cons to taking drugs on a seperate page and try to keep looking at your diary everytime you have bad day cos I have been in your situation and have gave in and used drugs and do you know what it made me feel alot worse than what i felt before I used so please try and keep your mind busy why don,t you take up a hobby you enjoy or do something that makes you feel good or even better spend the money you would have used on drugs on treating yourself by buying yourself clothes,beauty products etc or go out for lunch with a friend and I bet you will feel alot better for it I love reading books and thats what I did when i was having a bad day so PLEASE|think about it and I,m going to add you as my friend and you never know one day I might be having a bad day and you could help me cos I get alot of satisfaction from trying to help people on this site with there problems maybe you could do that to as it is so rewarding Take care and hope you can get something out from what I,ve read YOU CAN DO IT start BELIEVING in YOURSELF cos I have faith in you so you try it to

 hi ya sweetie! I feel what you are saying, what helped me back when I was in recovery was remembering that after I used, if I waited 30 minutes without using again, I didn't want it so bad then.
