Yes I made it through the party...I did eat a small piece of cake but I didn't eat anything else. I started back on my diet today. I hope I do better

Hello oh good You will do betterGoodluck !A lil piece won't hurt you and as long you your back on track I think you'll be ok.Moderation on sweets are ok you just don't want to go overboard on it .Hugs

Not good. I keep cheating...I ussually do fine until about 3pm and then I want to eat something sweet. I am going to have to make a plan for that time of day. Find a snack that will satisfy my craving while still being acceptable diet food. Any suggestions?

Hello have you tried the fat free chocolate pudding ?it's yummy low calorie too thats what i eat when i have the cravings and i eat it slow so i enjoy it more ..Keep me posted Jenna

Goodluck another I like is jello sugar free 10 calories and its sweet and good my favorite is the watermelon .Your welcome enjoy !!!
