Hi, I left a message in the Obesity support forum but maybe this is the forum I need to be in. Anyway, I have lost 33lbs. since January. I drink about 14 8oz. glasses of water a day. I try to keep my calories to 1800 or lower a day. Which is low for me...I try to ride my stationary bike 3 times a week twice a day for twenty minutes. Recently I have been cheating a lot. I need to lose about 50-80lbs. I am looking for someone to lose weight with. I thought we could support each other with our weight loss challenges. If there is anyone out there who has a lot of weight to lose send me a message and maybe we can help each other. Thanks and have a Blessed Day!!!

Hi, there and welcome Wow pretty good so far your doing really good Great job!I need to lose 20 or more I try to keep my calories intake and fat intake as low as i can usually 1200 = 1500 I walk and do strength training it's been hard to workout now that I've been working I use to stay home so I've been doing bad and like you been cheating on my diet but, I need to get back on track .I hope we can helpo each other and I hope you have a wonderfulday

Chevy, sounds like you are doing good to me. I'm trying to loose 20lbs in three months (2 months left), I have lost about 1/2 of it so far. I have been slipping on my diet lately too. I usually walk 3 miles a day at lunch, 5 days a week.

Jenna and Red,

Thanks for the message back. I quess I just want to lose it fast. But I didn't gain it fast so I don't know why I expect it to come off fast.

Jenna, its hard to lose weight when your schedule is changed...I hope you can get back on track. And Red, I hope you can lose that much weight in 2 monthes. It's hard to lose that much that soon.

If theres something I can do to help let me know. I have to go to my neices birthday party Saturday and I know my sister will pratically force the cake down my throat. Why is it people are insulted if you tell them you don't want cake? They act like its a personal attack on their cooking skills. Then the next time you see them if they see you eating a cookie they call you out. I try not to eat sweets but sometimes I'm weak. Any advice on how to handle the situation? Any advice would be appreciated. Well Good luck and have Blessed Day!

Hello I sometimes get that way too want the weight to come off really fast .I don't think i can workout after work like i thought i would work too long of hours but I am on my feet and always going and sweating so thats good lost a lil weight but, not muchI get that too from my in law I just tell them I'm full no room for cake and thats enough to leave you alone Have a blessed day
