I walk for 1 hr 3 days a week and then I do alot of strength training .I have read that if you eat after 4 its ok even late at night it all depends on how many calories that you had through out the day .Any thoughts on this theory?

I am new to this group. I have a lot of weight to lose and I know that exercise is important. I have issues with degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia and arthritis. I also have a bad foot that has a displaced bone in it. All of this makes it very hard to exercise. Qi Gong and very mild Yoga are about the only means of exercise that I can handle. It doesn't seem to be enough. Does anyone have any ideas? Swimming used to be good for me, but I no longer have a gym membership due to severe lack of funds.
