Hello everyone!

This is my first post to this forum and I am glad I found you. I have been trying to lose some pounds, about 10, and I am struggling. I am 42 years old, 5'9" tall, and 150lbs. Now, I know I am not overweight but I have had health conditions in the past that have put me into early menopause and my body wants to turn old before it's time Dizzy

I had a hysterectomy when I was 26 ( one ovary was able to be saved) and then when I was 34 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The chemotherapy did it's job and put my body in remission Wink Only issue is, it also put me into full blown menopause and I am hating it!!

I am now trying Hydroxicut for my weight loss. I am only on day 2 but I was wondering if anyone here can testify if it works or not. I would really appreciate any feedback you can give to me.

Thanks Cool

My biggest concern with supplements is am I going to continue taking them after I hit my target weight? Because if I'm not, then won't I just put the weight back on? I'd rather modify my eating habits so that when my target weight is hit, I can just add back in the calories I was cutting out. IMHO.

Mmmmm.... Snacks.... Yeah, snacking sucks (but is soooo good).

I have a weakness for popcorn while watching TV. Doesn't happen with reading books, or browsing the web, just TV. So what I've found is eating sunflower seeds in the shell has really helped me. A lot less calories and still gives you something to do during the boring parts (and commercials).
