 Does anyone know any yummy vegan dishes that are easy to prepare...or even vegetarian meals that have small amounts of dairy (lactose intolerant)

 Aussie, google it. There are lots of sites on the internet with about any variation of ingredient veriety you can imagine. Look up Christina Cooks on the web, She has a cooking show on PBS that is all vegan that me and my wife enjoy. She tends to use soy milk as a substitute for cows milk.
