I have tried the diet green tea by lipton and it does decrease your appetite and you urinate a lot so it gets the fluid off of you. I have used the chines dieters tea in the green, white and black box found in fiesta food store oriental section. You can drink it straight if you can stomach the taste but its not so bad with splenda and a little lemon juic. I usually drink a cup after getting off from work because it cleanses you out or i take it on the weekends. you will lose weight and feel like you have more energy but you only take it for a certain amount of days. I have tried other colon cleanser but because i have gastritis and reflux they do not always work. this tea works great but as i have said make sure when you are drinking it you stay close to a restroom.

I tried it once but it failed for me, it made me urinate ALOT but did not decrease my appetite....But i have only heard good things from other people, perhaps it has more to do with the power of suggestion, if you believe it to work it will, unfortunately the power to eat that last chocolate bar worked for me.
