Hi Jenna, been a while.

Diet sucks, while having been on it for a while I have changed my eating habbits. With a very active lifestyle it is hard to keep up with eating right and exercising. Weight is staying stable though, no weight gain (but not loosing, either).

Hello Red,

LOL Sorry to hear about that your not loseing but it's a good thing that it's stable though .I can relate about being active .I started a new job a couple of months ago haven't been working out nor eating right I just recently got back on track I lost weight but not as much as I need to .I hope I can stay on the right track on eating and working out my work schedule is really hectic along with all the other house chores and etc..it makes it hard to try to fit in workout and eating right but, i'm trying to .Hang in there and try if you can to fit in some kind of workout and i have been bringing my lunch to work so i don't eat out ..Goodluck !!!Keep me posted

Hi Red,

I'm new to this site and I did make a post of my own but I was reading your post and wanted to send a reply to you. Life syle does play a big part in trying to excercise and eat right. It has been truly a blessing for me that I have the life style that allows me to do those things. I just need the motivation In my journey to loose weight and all the reading I have done. I read that even if you can do 10 minutes of workout 3-4 times throughout your day is just as good as doing a straight workout for 30-40 minutes. Also if your not doing it already, try carrying healty snacks with you to avoid being hungry which we know causes overeating. Hope this helps a little. Good luck to you!!

My official diet starts tomorrow, due to having decided this afternoon (after seeing the most awful picture of myself).

Goodluck with all your diets and Teresa i commend you to so far sticking to the low carb, i tried it about 4 years ago and after 5 days i found myself hiding in the cupboard scoffing down a loaf of bread haha

Hey all just thought I would stop in. Diet still just kinda flat lineing, haven't gained, haven't lost. Trying to jump start the exercise thing again. Life since June of this year just has not allowed time for regular exercise, been working long hours and in continious run mode when off work. Not condusive to regulation of diet nor exercise. Down to eating one regular meal a day with minimal snacking (eating well below my 2000 calorie per day dietician recomended diet.

As I have said before, a good diet and exercise are the secrets to loosing weight.

Hi. I'm new here. I lost 7 pounds in August...working out at Curves but eating less, too, @ 2100 cals a day more or less. Then I gained back 2# in September...due to EMOTIONAL EATING. Hate that...very frustrating. Now I feel like I'm past that latest wave of EE and finally, today, I ate a reasonable amount in order to consider myself back in weight loss mode. Whew!
